A Meeting Pod offers a thoughtfully designed, spiral shaped space—approximately 16 ft in diameter and 6 to 9 ft high—that is ready for use from the moment you arrive. Each pod comes equipped with a café style table and six chairs, providing an intimate setting for staff briefings or one on one meetings with physicians. Custom exterior graphics are included and showcase your brand from every angle, ensuring high visibility.

IMPORTANT: Product presentations of any kind, as well as social activity and speaker/presenter trainings, are strictly prohibited. CRF staff will monitor compliance with these guidelines; and if this rule is found to be violated, management may direct violators to immediately suspend non-complying or unsanctioned meetings and may dismiss the company from New York Valves without refund. Additionally, violators may be prohibited from participating at future CRF conferences, may have their current registration revoked, may be subject to fines and damages, and could negatively impact the registration/status/attendance of those participating in unsanctioned meetings.

IMPORTANT: Each pod is equipped with a standard furniture package. Meeting pod structures are rented "as is" and may not be altered. Companies are permitted to brand the interior of their pod for an additional fee. Any furniture package items removed from the meeting pod will not decrease the cost of the rental and items added to the pod will be paid for by the company renting it. Food and beverage are not included and may be ordered through the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Each space is a blank canvas consisting of 41'6" x 55' of empty space with 8’ high walls and a looking door, giving companies the freedom to build exactly what they need inside to facilitate meeting with physicians on site at New York Valves. 

These spaces offer opportunities for hands‑on training, product demonstrations, affiliate meetings during conference hours, and plentiful opportunities for face‑to‑face networking – all in one centralized location!
