The heart team is a patient-centric care model that assembles a multidisciplinary group of cardiac specialists to assess and analyze a patient's case, collaborating to formulate tailored, comprehensive recommendations for the most effective treatment strategies.

Heart Team Discount Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of three people must register from the same hospital/institution.
- All registrants in the group using the discount must be affiliated with the same hospital/institution at the time of New York Valves 2026.
- Each registrant in the group must hold a valid medical license and be employed in one of the specified professions at the time of New York Valves 2026.
